Only one movie today, and honestly there's not much to say about it.
Slaughterhouse Rock (1987) is a little too campy to be an effective horror movie, but it does have a certain 80's charm to it. In between music video montages, Toni Basil hams it up as the ghost of a dead rocker who has to save tortured souls at Atcatraz from the spirit of a murderer. Or something like that, I'm not quite sure. Even with a soundtrack by Devo, I can't really recommend Slaughterhouse Rock. But I also can't deny that it is fun in it's own way. 7 out of 12 beers.
