I don't know if Necromancer (1988) was a movie that got a lot of air time on USA Up All Night or not, but it certainly could have been. It's got everything I think of when I remember the kind of movies I used to watch on there. It's got a vaguely coherent plot and just enough T & A to keep you glued to the screen. Not completely terrible, but not anything I would intentionally watch again either. If Rhonda Shear or Gilbert Gottfried hosted it, I'd probably give it a higher rating. 6 out of 12 beers.
